📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
• Manage and coordinate a team of cleaning and maintenance staff.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, security, and comfort across all properties.
• Implement and maintain efficient cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Address and resolve resident and visitor complaints promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, or similar.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the real estate sector.
• Certification in property management or a related field is a plus.
