📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement workforce strategies in collaboration with leadership to support business objectives.
• Provide expert HR advice and support to managers, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
• Foster a culture of excellence by promoting employee engagement, development, and well-being.
• Manage HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising on best practices.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage HR-related budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in strategic people management.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus.
