In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the pharmacy.,Manage and train a team of pharmacists and staff.,Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Manage inventory and ordering of medications and supplies.,Assist in developing and implementing training programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using computer and office software.,Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
