In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all vehicles, including regular maintenance and inspections.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and work to optimize costs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective fleet management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
