📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business objectives.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in training and development or related fields are a plus.
