📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.,Ensure that all logistics processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders in the logistics chain.,Ensure that all logistics operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.,Provide training and support to logistics staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
