Virtue Diagnostics Indonesia is looking for a Process Development Engineer to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and optimize IVD processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Conduct process validation studies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
  • Implement and maintain process control measures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Conduct process development studies and provide technical support for scale-up and commercialization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IVD process development.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process development for IVD or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of IVD technologies, including immunoassays, molecular diagnostics, and other diagnostic methods.
  • Proven track record of successful process development and optimization projects.
  • Proficiency in process validation and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation is a plus.
