Sehati Intan Auto Service is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Oversee inventory management and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked.,Schedule and assign tasks to staff to optimize productivity.,Monitor and maintain quality control standards.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.,Assist in training new staff and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of automotive repair or service is an advantage.
