📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the resort, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the budgeting process, including creating and maintaining budgets, and tracking actuals against budgeted amounts.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Train and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting procedures and policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
