📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective store operations and sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor store inventory levels, ordering, and receiving to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate records and prevent theft or loss.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives.,Provide regular reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using computer software and retail management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
