📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with senior management to ensure the department's contributions to the company's success.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage the department's budget, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the insurance industry or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with insurance software and systems is a plus.
