📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
  • Handle front desk transactions, including payments and billing.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor security and ensure the safety of guests and property.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination when needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
