📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions.
