As a Junior Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies, and building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement business strategies to support the company's growth objectives.,Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.,Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets and quotas.,Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay updated on market developments.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-oriented.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
