📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in logistics.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving logistics operations and reducing costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
