📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of shop assistants to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.,Process customer transactions and provide change efficiently.,Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Ensure the shop is clean and organized at all times.,Monitor sales targets and report to the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
