📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct prenatal and postnatal check-ups, including monitoring vital signs, assessing fetal development, and providing personalized care plans.
• Perform deliveries under the supervision of a doctor, ensuring safe and effective birth outcomes.
• Provide newborn care, including immediate postnatal checks, vaccination, and breastfeeding support.
• Administer vaccinations and provide family planning counseling.
• Educate patients and their families on maternal and child health, including nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records using our clinic's electronic health records system.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Midwife (Bidan) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with electronic health records systems, such as SIRS or similar.
