📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets.,Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
