📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company requirements and candidate qualifications.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
