📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food and service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the restaurant meets financial targets.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with inventory management and financial control.,Knowledge of marketing and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
