Pusat Gilang Medical Center is seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Telemarketing Representative. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who is ready to start right away.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential patients, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Reaching out to potential patients via phone calls to schedule appointments and answer inquiries.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
  • Following up with patients to confirm appointments and ensure they have all the information they need.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with patients.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest healthcare trends and developments.
  • Working collaboratively with the medical team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, patient, and hardworking attitude.
  • Passion for healthcare and a desire to help others.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
  • Ability to use computer and basic office software.
