📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and technical specifications.
• Support project managers and stakeholders in the development and delivery of business solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in business systems analysis or a similar field.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
