📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Manage inventory levels and order stock to maintain optimal merchandise availability.
Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.
Monitor and report sales performance, customer feedback, and store metrics to the regional manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in fashion retail, sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
