📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the production of high-quality aluminum frames using CNC machines and robotic welding systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled workers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all frames meet industry specifications.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum frame production or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring quality standards.
- Certification in aluminum fabrication or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of CNC machines, robotic welding systems, and other advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
