We are seeking a skilled Fit Out & Civil Supervisor to oversee the construction and fit-out of luxury hospitality and commercial projects in Bali. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. You will also be responsible for site inspections, quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction and fit-out of luxury hospitality and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Liaise with clients to address any issues or concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality and commercial fit-out.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out and civil construction, preferably in luxury hospitality or commercial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality and commercial design trends and materials.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
