📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the sportswear and footwear industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and procurement, preferably in the sportswear or footwear industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software like Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Certification in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
