📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies to ensure our mining operations are environmentally responsible and compliant with all relevant regulations.
• Monitor and report on environmental impact, identifying opportunities for improvement and mitigation.
• Lead community engagement initiatives, fostering positive relationships with local stakeholders and addressing their concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our daily operations and decision-making processes.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our sustainability initiatives.
• Represent PT Bangka Mineral Resources at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sustainable mining and environmental management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability management, with a focus on mining or natural resource industries.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and REACH.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in sustainability management, such as LEED AP or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, is a plus.
